Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If failed to do so, the appointment will get marked as a no show. You will be charged 100% of the service you booked to the card on file. Life Happens! I completely understand when things come up. We can postpone your appointment with over 24 hours notice for free! Communication is key when it comes to a client and stylist relationship!
